Bio

Susi has served in a variety of intelligence analyst and policy roles during her 25 years in government service and joined ODNI in 2017 as a strategy and policy officer. In 2021, she established the first neurodiversity employee support network at ODNI, called “iMIND,” which is now a working group of the ODNI Employees with Disabilities Employee Resource Group, of which Susi is currently serving as one of the co-chairs. She is also neurodivergent, a single mother to a neurodivergent child, and a US Air Force veteran.
